Hope After Harm

The Thames Valley Partnership Trading as Hope After Harm are seeking a Chief Executive Officer.
Salary: £55,000 to £61,390 per annum depending on experience and skills

Hope After Harm is an established registered charity of 30 years’ operating a range of support programmes across the three Thames Valley counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We are now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead our successful and growing organisation operating in the Criminal Justice sector. If you have a passion to lead a value-driven organisation, you have excellent leadership and partnership skills and want to lead the charity into the next phase of its development please apply. The Role of the Chief Executive will:

  • Provide vision and leadership to Hope After Harm, managing all aspects of the organisation on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of the current priorities of Hope After Harm and the strategic plan.
  • Work with staff, Volunteers, stakeholders and trustees to develop and deploy a vision for Hope After Harm for the longer term future.
  • Ensure the values of the organisation are upheld and the needs of our beneficiaries are at the heart of all organisational activity.

Location: Aston Sandford, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8JB with travel across Thames Valley and occasionally further afield
Employment term: Permanent, Full Time 37 ½ hours per week
