Do you have experience of leading, managing and writing winning proposals or bids? St Giles Trust are looking for a talented Grants and Bids Manager to join a high-performing and supportive team, to develop high quality, winning proposals, bids and funding applications for their vital services that help people facing adversity to find jobs, homes and the right support they need. As a key member of the Statutory Fundraising team, you will manage and lead five-seven figure funding applications, bringing together key functions within St Giles. With flexible working location and hours, generous benefits and a commitment to equity and inclusion, this is a fantastic opportunity at a leading and well established charity.

To be a successful Grants and Bid Manager, you’ll need:

• Experience of developing compelling bids/proposals/applications and generating £100k+ income
• Knowledge of key funding streams, the funding bodies and the issues affecting this sector
• Sound project management skills, with ability to track stakeholder tasks and input
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, verbal and written

Salary: £37,500-£45,000
Location: Flexible – home based or hybrid from Camberwell office
