Rethink Mental Illness

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Compliance & Quality to work as part of our Mental Health and Money Advice team.

The Mental Health and Money Advice Service is the first UK-wide service to address mental health and financial health together. We aim to stop the spiral of debt and mental health issues by providing online information and advice and casework provided by telephone.

How you will make a difference

As Head of Compliance & Quality, I strategically and operationally lead the charity’s work on all aspects of compliance & quality for projects within our Mental Health & Money Advice Service. I forge excellent relationships with our Senior Leadership Team, external partners, including statutory and corporate funders, evidencing the impact our service has on our beneficiaries and how we meet expected compliance and quality standards.

*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.

*London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.
