Project Information Manager

Contract: Permanent, Full Time. 35 Hours per week

Salary: £41,196- £43,256 with excellent benefits.

Location: London, UK

Hybrid Working: A minimum of 40% of working time is spent face to face, either in London office, or as a result of external engagement or travel for WaterAid. WaterAid is located at Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base.

About the Team:
Fundraising and Communications at WaterAid is ambitious, dynamic and rewarding. This role exists to support the Communications and Fundraising Directorate to streamline communications with country programmes and package propositions for the use of fundraising teams. Two teams in particular with whom this role will work closely with is the Mass Engagement department and the Strategic Partnerships department.

About the Role:

As our Project Information Manager, you will support fundraising teams in achieving their financial and engagement objectives, by working across WaterAid’s 22 country programmes and multiple UK teams to source and package fundraising and marketing resources and materials.

In this role, you will lead the planning, development and alignment of communication needs across teams, to enhance supporter acquisition and retention.

You’ll also:

Develop knowledge of WaterAid’s country programmes, identifying appropriate countries and projects that could be featured within brand consideration marketing, acquisition and retention marketing, as well as fundraising materials for WaterAid’s high value audiences.
Develop high quality supporter facing country and thematic proposals and reports available to the organisation-wide fundraising functions and relevant WaterAid Member offices.
Maintain communication and information systems required to track progress of the proposals developed and provide supporter facing written reports for these every 6 and 12 months.

About You:

Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal – with the ability to source and produce key documents for a wide range of audiences and provide clear and concise presentations.
To be a team player with an exceptional ability to collaborate and communicate as part of a team across different time zones and cultural contexts, influence effectively at all levels and work collaboratively as part of different team structures.
Ability to work flexibly and independently, to manage varying competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with often changing priorities.
