Senior Membership Development Officer, 12 Month ContractPart Time, 2.5 days a weekCentral London based, Membership OrganisationSalary £33,200 full time. 0.5 FTE equivalent is £16.600Interviewing on a rolling basisCharity People are delighted to be working in partnership with a Membership Association to recruit a Senior Membership Development Officer. Working in collaboration with the Head of Membership, Director of Membership and other team members, this role is integral to growing membership.The RoleAn exciting and varied role, your duties will involve identifying potential members utilising external sources and existing internal data, along with proactively approaching potential members and promote membership. The role holder will also draft copy for digital marketing channels and deliver excellent customer service to potential members, handling enquiries from potential members by email and phone. Furthermore, you will manage potential customers into membership and track and maintain potential members data on their database.The CandidateWe are looking for someone with experience of membership recruitment or fundraising (for example corporate fundraising or business development). You should have experience in a customer facing role have worked on putting together marketing materials. In addition to this, you should have excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to summarise detailed information.This is a fantastic position to join an ambitious and growing company.
