European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM)

The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a non-profit association, registered and located in Vienna, Austria. Based on the engagement of volunteers, the EANM aims to promote nuclear medicine on a European level and beyond. The EANM Executive Office is responsible for the administration of the association and its activities.

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer (fulltime)

Your Profile:

You’re organised, reliable and creative, can easily translate your team member’s needs into engaging visual content, enjoy working in an international team, and bring hands-on experience in graphic design.

What you’ll do:

• Create visual assets for print and digital channels (brochures, posters, course books, booths, newsletters, websites, social media etc.) — from concept to final delivery
• Support and help manage the upcoming rebranding project in collaboration with external partners, ensuring consistent and timely execution
• Respond to internal graphic requests and ensure brand coherence across teams
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and external vendors

What you bring:

• Excellent command of English
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field desired
• 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer (non-profit / medical / international environment is an asset)
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
• Basic WordPress / CMS editing and HTML/CSS
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics is an asset
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem solver with a collaborative mindset
