European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM)

The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a non-profit association, registered and located in Vienna, Austria. Based on the engagement of volunteers, the EANM aims to promote nuclear medicine on a European level and beyond. The EANM Executive Office is responsible for the administration of the association and its activities.

Our Communications Team is looking for a

Communications Assistant (20-25 hours/week)

Your Profile:

You are organised, reliable and creative, enjoy working in an international team and bring hands-on experience in communications, podcasting and content creation. You have excellent English communication skills and feel comfortable using them in a professional setting.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Communications Team in producing content for EANM’s channels (newsletters, social media, website, podcast)
• Help develop and produce EANM’s first podcast
• Support promotional partnerships with medical associations and partner organisations

What you bring:

• Excellent command of English
• Experience in communications, social media, and content creation (preferably in a non-profit/medical organisation or international setting)
• Podcast skills/interest (planning, recording, editing, publishing; audio-editing software a plus)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and creativity
