Attention all human rights multipliers who would like to continue their training!
SOS Human Rights and Amnesty International, in cooperation with the learning and memorial site Schloss Hartheim, are offering a human rights education course aimed specifically at multipliers (educators, social workers, works councils, etc.). The focus is on theory, but above all on examples of application for lessons and group work.
The Academy will take place from August 28 to September 1, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hartheim Castle Learning & Memorial Center. There will be exciting seminars every day and after each seminar there will be the opportunity for a free guided tour of the Hartheim Castle memorial site.
The four days are packed with highly interesting topics:
28.08. Historical and current situation of human rights and human rights activism 29.08. Media, human rights and freedom of expression
30.08. Argumentation training against aggressive slogans and civil courage
31.08. Persecution, flight and asylum
01.09. Diversity, discrimination and bullying prevention in the context of no-hate speech
Costs:
The cost of participation is € 60 per person per day, including meals, or € 250 for all 5 days.

Ab 20 Uhr findet Di 27.8. – Fr 1.9. das historische Sommerkino „im_fokus“ statt, bei dem dieses Jahr NS-Propagandafilme zum Thema „Der Mann im Nationalsozialismus“ mit wissenschaftlicher Begleitung gezeigt werden.
