We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Domestic Abuse Specialist Service in Brighton & Hove. This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is offered on a hybrid basis working between home and our office in Brighton.

About the role:

This hybrid role is based in Brighton & Hove. Applicants will need to be able to meet with staff where required, and to attend the Brighton office for team meetings, training sessions and other requirements as they arise. There is a mandatory office attendance requirement with a minimum of 1 day a week. You will work closely and collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders as well as other statutory agencies and third sector organisations within Brighton and Hove.

Your role will include updating systems, and answering internal and external enquiries. Other roles will include updating and researching our Case Management System, providing management information and ad hoc support as needed. You will be organised, have the ability to multi task and form positive working relationships with both internal customers and stakeholders.

You will be resilient, confident, happy to work as part of a team and willing to constantly learn and adapt to new situations. You will enjoy being a part of a busy and varied working environment and can demonstrate an ability to communicate with both colleagues and external partners including investigating officers. You will have strong customer service ethics, be competent in the use of IT skills and know how to use a range of software packages on a PC. Training will be provided in the use of our Case Management System.
