European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM)
The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a non-profit association, registered and located in Vienna, Austria. Based on the engagement of volunteers, the EANM aims to promote nuclear medicine on a European level and beyond. The EANM Executive Office is responsible for the administration of the association and its activities.
We are looking for a
Guidelines & Publications Assistant (25 hours/week)
Your profile:
You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international and highly motivated team in a non-profit organisation. As a person, you are well structured and a team player with great communication skills. Ideally, you have a few years of working experience in a similar field such as scientific writing or project management.
What you will do:
- Provide support to the Guidelines & Publications Head and other team members as needed
- Organise, supervise and follow-up on meetings with project participants
- Ensure progress and proper reporting of the various activities
- Support the design and enhancement of online platforms and applications
- Update internal databases
What you bring:
- Excellent command of English both in speaking and in writing
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
- Previous experience with scientific writing/publications or non-profit organisations is an asset
