Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading healthcare charity who are now looking for an enthusiastic and sociable fundraiser to join their team in Rotherham.

In this newly created role you will support the charity's income generation initiatives by building and maintaining a network of partners, and working to increase the overall number of supporters.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will work as part of a well-established fundraising team to create and maintain relationships with donors through fundraising activities and regular contact.

This role would suit a confident individual with prior fundraising experience or one that has knowledge of building relationships in a business setting and a strong interest in working for a charity. You must have excellent communication skills and a sociable attitude as you will be taking part in events and meeting charity supporters regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new regular donors and continue to engage existing supporters
• Promote regular giving opportunities through a range of means
• Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising data
• Support fundraising initiatives, and raise awareness of the hospices work

Key Attributes

• Experience in a fundraising environment
• Understanding of fundraising principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
