How to: Create a job alert

Your path to personalized job recommendations with NGOs

Did you know that you can have jobs sent to you automatically by e-mail? You can search by keyword, filter by sector and specify your place of work, type of employment and language. This means you only receive jobs that are really interesting for you. In this article, we show you how to create a job alert.

Step-by-step: How to automate your NGO job search

  1. Create job alert

First go to our website NGOjobs.eu to the menu item "For job seekers" and click on "Create job alert". Now you are in the job list with all current jobs.

  1. Set filter

Now it's all about what you want. Set the filters just the way you want them:

  • Popular cities: Where would you like to work?
  • Employment: Would you prefer to work full-time, part-time or part-time?
  • Is working from home important to you?
  • Which language would you like to work in?
  • And in which area would you like to get involved?

  1. Activate job alert

Once you have set all the filters, click on "Activate job alert". You will then see a field where you can enter your e-mail address. Simply check the privacy policy box and click on "Confirm and activate job alert".

Now there are two possibilities:

  • If you are new to NGOjobs, you can create a new account for yourself.
  • If you already have an account, you will be logged in automatically and your job alert will be added to your account under the menu item "My job alerts". You can also deactivate all job alerts there at any time.

NGO job vacancies sent directly to your inbox by e-mail

As soon as there are new jobs in your selected filter categories, you will receive a notification by e-mail. This way, you always stay on the ball and only receive jobs that suit you. If you like a job, you can apply immediately. So let's get started!
