New year - new website
Our new website has been online since mid-November. We have not only changed the design, but also many technical processes. What has changed for you as employer?
- Until now, we were on a first-name basis with job seekers and formally on a first-name basis with employers. From now on, we'll be on a first-name basis with you too 🙂 In our experience, the "Du" is much more normal in the NGO community than in other industries and we also find it more personable.
- The process of placing a job advertisement has changed slightly and now takes place in two separate steps:
- You select a job product of your choice and place the order.
- Once you have successfully placed your order, you will be redirected to the overview of your job packages, from where you can create your job advertisement. Packages are valid indefinitely, i.e. you can create the advertisement days or weeks later if necessary.
