At Impact Hub, we build impact ecosystems. Our impact ecosystems are powered by: community, programs and spaces. Community is focused on bringing together everyone that we need to make impact happen: social entrepreneurs, experts, impact investors, policy makers, business leaders and more. Programs are about enabling entrepreneurs to build and scale their ideas and working in a multi stakeholder model to achieve specific missions and goals. Spaces bring both of these together providing spaces for co-working as well as for impact led events. We are looking to fill a sales role for spaces, someone who can work towards us being top-of-mind when it comes to any event with impact.

Booking Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospecting – Identifying and pre-qualifying potential new customers and closing new business to hit growth targets outlined in the sales plan.
  • Understanding our customers’ business to develop and deliver spaces products that make sense for their business needs
  • Sending and confirming offers based on the client requirement
  • Developing strong product knowledge and understanding the variety of spaces and opportunities available
  • Maintaining sales forecasts based on outreach and offers sent
  • Developing and maintaining the sales pipeline
  • Utilising the full mix of calls, emails, digital outreach and in some cases face to face
  • Being fully aware of the competitive landscape and the barriers and opportunities
  • Leveraging and maintaining Hubspot to be a source of truth for our sales activities
  • Building strong market knowledge through monitoring websites, reading publications, speaking to customers, attending events etc.

What you bring

  • Preferred: Previous sales experience (2-3y) with event sales and an understanding of event management; in absence of that, excellent business development and account management experience
  • Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and attaining/exceeding assigned quota.
  • Ability to identify the right decision makers and influencers; finding the right points of entry for us
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders within the organization to mine leads and new bookers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional German and English required.
  • Client Orientation. Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to question and improve existing processes, practises and strategies along with co-ownership of the sales target
  • Experience with a CRM tool- preferably Hubspot and Excel
